Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over 200 NZD within New Zealand. For orders under 200 NZD, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to errors in the address provided by the buyer.
Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
